Our primary mandate is to foster horsemanship among riders of all ages and to provide a safe, fun family orientated atmosphere for riders and horses!

Membership

Membership is required for all indoor facility use.  There is mandatory fundraising that comes with an arena membership.  We have many fundraisers through out the year so getting fundraising completed is never a problem!  Fundraising amounts are based on the number of riders included in the membership

 

Horse board is available indoor and outdoor. We have options such as box stalls, tie stalls, pasture and individual turnout.  Board prices include feed (year round), salt, mineral and water.  Box stall and tie stall board also include owner supplied supplements.

    Annual Membership dues can be paid monthly over a 6-month term; payment schedule must be set up on day of membership application before access to facility.

    ** When you take out a membership you are required to work 4 fundraisers per member : one being the BBQ **

    LESSON HORSE

    **If the arena uses your horse for lessons $10 per lesson will come off your board!**

    ARENA RENTALS:

    FULL DAY ARENA RENTAL:

    **is anything over 4-8 hours, if the arena will be closed to riders for more than 8 hours (such as overnight because of a set up or similiar) the rate is $600 a day

    ½-DAY ARENA RENTAL:

    **is 4 hours maximum

    Full Day rate: $300.00 min

    ½-Day rate: $150.00 min

            **Drop in fee is $15.00 per function.

    §  The RRRR 4H will not pay a usage fee for the arena.

    §  They are required to work 2 fund raisers.

    §  Other 4H groups will be charged $50.00 for a membership card which allows them to attend all of the RRRR 4H functions.

    §  The rental of the facility other than horse/dog events: the cost will be determined by the board.

    §  ** SHF Individual Insurance is highly recommended **

     CLUBROOM RENTALS:

    MEMBER

    $100.00 per day (extra charges per rental agreement, i.e. for equipment, staff, etc); day is 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    ** non-refundable  $25.00 deposit is required.

     

     

    MONTHLY BOARDING FEES:

    ** ALL BOARD TO BE PREPAID ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH

    **SPECIAL EVENT RATE is $20.00, but owner provides own feed, bedding & cleaning during event; barn staff only cleans-out upon departure – applies to everyone

    SINGLE PENS (hand feeding fee)

    $1.00/day/pen

    Special Handling Fee (vet/farrier/doctoring, etc)

    $20.00/ animal – by owners request or necessity (per boarding contract)

  • it is mandatory for boarded horses to have the following vaccinations:

  • -Rhinonuemonitis

  • -Influenza

  • -Strangles


SHF RULE: Any one under the age of 18 yrs
MUST wear a helmet while handling horses on the ground and while riding.
